In the Terms and Conditions below, “the Cabana” – is that apartment to which the Guest is enquiring or booking or booked.
Booking terms and conditions
Upon verifying availability of your desired accommodation on our website, you can proceed with the ONLINE Enquiry. Once you have received a reply to confirm the booking from the Cabana, you must pay 50% of the total amount of the booking by bank transfer. You have 24 hours to pay the booking fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount minus Admin Fee and refundable Security Fee, after which you’re pre-booking, will be cancelled. Once the Cabana has received the amount, we will send you by email confirming the booking and the receipt of the payment. You must pay the outstanding amount at least 30 days before your arrival date.
Cancellation clause
For all Bookings the following Cancellation terms and conditions apply:

* In case of cancellation more than 60 days prior to date of arrival, Admin Fee of R100 will be charged.
* In case of cancellation 30 to 60 days prior to date of arrival, we shall retain 50% of the amount received.
* In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to date of arrival, the full amount of the booking fee shall be lost
Rates
The rates that appear on our website are final, including all fees, power, water and common building expenses - any such charges are the Cabana’s responsibility and never the guest´s.
Security Fee
Guests must pay a returnable Security Fee for normal usage breakages either at the office on the day of arrival or to the Cabana via Bank EFT. This option will be dependent on the Cabana being booked. This deposit shall be returned before 7 days after departure date, provided that no damages have been caused in the rented cabana.
The Cabana reserves the right to increase the amount of the deposit in special circumstances and cases.
Check-in and check-out:
The keys to the booked accommodation shall be available for pick-up during office hours of the first booking day, at the office-reception desk. If you arrive outside office hours, the keys will be at the Security Gate. Please note that some Cabanas have a different pick-up point for the keys, this will be explained in the booking.
Bookings from December 07 to January 04 2014 must be for a minimum of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside these dates, a minimum booking of 2 nights is required, check-in and check-out are possible any day of the week.
Check-in time is 2 pm on the arrival date and Check-out time is 10 am on the date of departure.
Bed linen
This first set of bed linen, sheets; pillow cases are included in the price. Bath towels and hand towels are NOT provided.
The Cabana offers an optional service for bed linen change at an extra cost of R50 per person.
Cleaning
The Cabana is handed over clean and in good condition. During the stay, it is the guests responsibility to keep it in a good state.

Smoking
No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
Pets
No pets are allowed in the apartment.
Prices
The price that appears on our website is the final price to be paid by the Guest unless any surcharges such as cot, DSTV upgrade, change of bed linen, etc. are applicable.
An Admin Fee of R350-00 per booking.
Optional Services
INTERNET ACCESS: Cabanas Del Mar offers the possibility of Wi-Fi for Internet access from the accommodation. This service must be hired through the Cabanas Del Mar Office.
Occupancy
The number of people staying in the accommodation shall be limited to the maximum capacity (Normally 6 persons) indicated on the booking confirmation. In the event that these numbers were surpassed, the Cabanas Del Mar Body Corporate shall have the right to reject the booking or request that the apartment be vacated.
The tenant must accept the building regulations and shall not indulge in noxious, disturbing or insalubrious activities.
Groups of young people are not accepted in our properties.
