This cabana, "Sea view 32" is in a prime position with uninterupted views of the beach and sea. Enjoy a premium experience, with powerful whisper quiet airconditioners and ultra modern design.

• Overlooks the beach & sea - Walk 60 steps to the beach (Complex has direct beach access)

• The main bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 ultra-modern full size single bunks (plus an additional sleeper couch). A second sleeper couch is available in the lounge. (Ideal for up to 4 adults plus 2 kids, but sleeps a maximum of 6 guests)
  

• The apartment is tiled throughout with an open plan lounge and kitchen. Modern maplewood kitchen granite tops.

• The lounge has large 50" UHD SMART TV and DSTV EXPLORA decoder.(Compact bouquet)
  

• The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob/oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils.It is located on the 1st floor with wonderful views of the sea and beach from the open balcony.

• Includes under cover parking for one vehicle in the complex (locked gate & security guard) and if required additional parking may be available- (additional vehicle R50, additional trailer R30 per day).

Please Note: No pets are allowed at Cabanas del Mar (sadly, not even our boy Jock). However, if your pets also love the beach (as ours do), the local SPCA (Toti 031 904 2424 ) will be happy to provide them with accommodation, and you will be free to collect them for day trips to the beach, the park or wherever...

School Holidays All costs included from R1,250 per night (minimum stay 7 nights)

Prime Season All costs included from R2,150 per night (minimum stay 7 nights - Easter / Christmas)

Terms & Conditions

In the Terms and Conditions below, “the Cabana” – is that apartment to which the Guest is enquiring or booking or booked. “The Cabana” will be Cabana 32.

Booking terms and conditions

Upon verifying availability of your desired accommodation on our website, you can proceed with the ONLINE Enquiry.

Check-in and check-out:

On arrival, please sign in at the security gate. For your convenience, the Cabana has a keyless lock. Access is gained by inputting the code provided for the duration of your stay.

Check-in time is 2 pm on the arrival date and Check-out time is 10 am on the date of departure.

Bed linen

The first set of bed linen, sheets; pillowcases are included in the price. Bath towels and hand towels are NOT provided.

The Cabana offers an optional service for bed linen change at an extra cost of R50 per person.

Cleaning

The Cabana is handed over clean and in good condition. During the stay, it is the guests responsibility to keep it in a good state.

A daily cleaning service can be provided at a fee on request,

Smoking

Smoking is allowed in the apartment.

Pets

No pets are allowed in the apartment.

Cancellation clause

For all Bookings the following Cancellation terms and conditions apply:

Date on which written notice of cancellation is received by us:- :

* In case of cancellation 60 or more days prior to date of arrival, we shall retain 50% of the total cost of accommodation. 
* In case of cancellation less than 60 days prior to date of arrival, the full amount of the booking fee shall be lost

Occupancy

The total number of people staying in or visiting the unit may not exceed 6 persons at anytime. Visitors must be booked in through reception.
The tenant must accept the building regulations and shall not indulge in noxious, disturbing or insalubrious activities. 
Groups of young people are not accepted in our properties

Safety

The unit is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony and opening windows, please exercise be extremely care, especially with persons not accustomed to such a layout. Pools are also not fenced, please exercise due care & provide for responsible supervision of any persons who may be at risk.

Indemnity

By confirming this booking, you indemnify the owner & his/her agents against any liability for losses and/or damages whatsoever that may be incurred by yourself or anyone else who you may have admitted to the Cabana or the property of Cabana del Mar
